Linda supports worldwide clients from her office in New York City.
Linda has almost 20 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney advising clients in U.S. and foreign trademark matters. She advises clients on the use and protection of trademarks, including devising trademark filing strategies, clearing trademarks for use and registration, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, and managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios. Linda also advises clients on trademark enforcement matters, including domain name disputes.
With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Linda is registered with the United States Patent Office and advises clients on design patent protection and prosecutes design patent applications.
While enjoying life in NYC, Linda is a marathoner and avid knitter.
